Fitness First – Rockville is proud to announce that two of our trainers have been nominated for trainer of the month. We are currently sifting through the ballots and all of the feedback that their clients have given us. It is always uplifting to read such positive feedback on two of your own co-workers, and to see the positive impact our training staff is having on peoples lives!
To be nominated for trainer of the month, a trainers clients must come forward and suggest them, or brag on them, if you will. From there, we do an evaluation of their clients and their progress towards their goals. Finally, we look at the quantity of individuals they work with, and we interview a cross section of those individuals for their satisfaction with the trainer.
After all of this is completed, a raw score is awarded. Currently, two of our trainers are running neck and neck but we will definitely have a winner by the end of the month, so keep an eye open for post in the next few days!
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for such warm wishes over the Thanksgiving Holidays. To all of our friends that were out of town, or entertaining their family, we wish to extend a belated HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Until next time, see you at the gym.
Hello and Welcome Everyone!
It is with great excitement that we announce the nativity of our Rockville focused, Fitness First Blog. We are frantically working on our content so that we can offer something motivational, educational, and most of all, fun. We intend on using our blog as an informational hub to assist all of our members with their goals, it does not matter if they are looking to avoid the Holiday 10 or prepare for a half marathon.
We have some pretty big plans for our blog, and we would like to take just a moment to list some of them for visitors. Starting in November, we are going to provide a monthly article on a Trainer of the Month, and a Member of the Month. We will provide weekly articles on; nutrition, work out tips, our charity events, motivational articles, and community fitness events.
We are also going to be following two lucky candidates as they begin new programs, seeking their own fitness milestones. These updates will follow their diet, their projected goals, and the routines they follow. We are going to provide pictures and interviews with the candidates and their trainers. We are certain that these candidates will inspire us all.
Thanks for the five minutes you have already spent looking over our ambitious goals! We look forward to hearing from everyone as we grow into our new electronic space.
